Positive: Great location and nice for the kids to be able to play outside on the carts. House was clean, though a bit smaller than we had expected. Lots of laundry facilities. Great location, only a few minutes drive to the beach.
Negative: Some of the entertainment facilities weren't usable. The pool table had no balls and the room it was located in could do with a bit of a clean to make it a pleasant place to be. We had a ground floor apartment, which was nice, but the patio had no fencing, so we couldn't just open the patio door as our dogs would have run out and got to the poultry. There were also quite a lot of flies constantly buzzing around, which was a bit unpleasant, though I suppose to be expected on a farm.
Summary: Nice play for a family holiday near the beach but with a bit of farm thrown in!
